SAN CLEMENTE, CA January 20, 2010 Pacific Packaging Machinery Inc, the leader in custom high speed volumetric liquid packaging fillers, today announced that John B. Sanfillippo & Son, Inc. has purchased a new 10 station peanut butter filler, designed to fill both creamy and chunky peanut butter. This filler has recently been installed at their production facility in Bainbridge, GA.

This custom 10 station rotary volumetric filler has automatic shutoff top fill valves with a special ball valve design, specifically for stringy peanut butter applications. The filler supports 18 to 80-ounce containers up to speeds of 180 containers per minute. Pacificpak’s Quick Change Container Handling Change Parts were supplied with tool-less fasteners which reduce changeover to less than 10 minutes.
